Conestoga College OHS1460: Joint Health & Safety Committee – Part 2 DISTANCE LEARNING

In partnership with Conestoga College, Spark Safety is facilitating our Joint Health and Safety Committee Course through the College.
This course is the second part of Joint Health and Safety Committee Certification under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, regulated by the Ministry of Labour. This mandatory course provides participants with an understanding of how to recognize, asses and control workplace hazards and complete incident investigations.
The course include seven modules: a review of JHSC Part 1 key concepts, and 6 workplace-specific hazard modules. Discussions, sctifites and case studies will be completed with reference to legislation, standards and codes applicable to the six (6) workplace specific hazards.
Course Duration: 2 days (13 hours)
Certification: 3 years
