POSTPONED: Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Safety Training (Full Course) 3/27
**Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, all non-essential public training will be POSTPONED until further notice.
Mobile Elevating Work Platform (EWP) training course will provide operators with the knowledge and skills they will need to operate MEWPs under the new CSA B354.7/B354.8 standards. This course will provide an understanding of the hazards associated with operating aerial lifting devices, the proper inspection and safe operation of the device. Includes a practical evaluation. The participant must have a valid MOL approved Working at Heights certificate to attend this course. See our course outline for more information .
Course Duration: Full Day (8 hours)*
Certification: 3 years
Course Cost: $210/person +HST
Maximum 12 participants per session
Participants must bring photo ID, their MOL learner ID for Working At Heights, and wear appropriate clothing. CSA-certified head, foot, and eye protection are additionally required. We ask that you bring your own personal protective equipment (PPE), if available, and that it is maintained and in good working order as per the manufacturer’s specifications and regulatory requirements. If you do not have the necessary PPE, you will not be able to complete the program and will be asked to reschedule when you have the proper clothing and equipment.
